Privacy policy.

Your idea is yours. Your details help us build around it.

Who we are

Buildurs is an independent web studio based in Vietnam. We decide how the details you share on buildurs.com are used. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@buildurs.com.

What we collect

When you use Build Yours, we collect your answers: project type, domain, the country where your business is based, the features you want, budget, timing, and the contact channel and details you choose (email, phone, WhatsApp or Zalo). You don’t need an account. Our hosting provider also processes your IP address and basic technical data to deliver the site and block spam.

Why we use it

We use your answers to review your request, prepare a proposal, and reply through the channel you chose. We process them because you asked us to, as a step before any agreement. Submitting a request doesn’t add you to a marketing list, and we never sell your data.

Where it is stored

While you fill in Build Yours, your draft is saved in your own browser’s local storage, so you can come back to it. When you submit, the request is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and a copy is sent to our email inbox, which Google hosts. These providers may process data outside Vietnam under their own safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start a project together. Project records are then kept as long as our agreement and accounting rules require.

Cookies and spam protection

We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person is submitting. It may set strictly necessary cookies and processes technical signals for that purpose only.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your request, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hello@buildurs.com. We’ll reply within 30 days. You can clear your draft anytime by clearing this site’s data in your browser. You may also contact the competent data protection authority in Vietnam.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
